Description
The Dubai chocolate bar is a rich, no-bake dessert layered with hazelnut praline, soft caramel, biscuit crunch, and dark chocolate. It’s finished with edible gold or saffron for a touch of luxury.
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate, chopped
100g hazelnut praline or Nutella
50g crushed biscuit or feuilletine
50g soft caramel
Edible gold leaf or saffron threads (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Melt half the chocolate and coat the inside of a silicone mold. Chill until set.
Step 2: Spread hazelnut praline in an even layer over the chocolate base.
Step 3: Add a thin layer of soft caramel and sprinkle crushed biscuit for crunch.
Step 4: Melt the remaining chocolate and pour it over to seal the layers. Chill again.
Step 5: Remove from mold and decorate with gold leaf or saffron threads before serving.
Notes
Store in a cool, dry place. Let it sit at room temperature before serving for the best texture.
Use only high-quality chocolate for smooth results.
Add pistachio or rose essence for regional variations.
