Description
Giant, soft, bakery-style Crumbl Cookies with creative mix-ins and rich toppings. Soft, chewy, easily customizable, and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2.5 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 cups mix-ins (chocolate chips, candies, etc.)
Buttercream or toppings of choice
Instructions
Étape 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
Étape 2: Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
Étape 3: Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Étape 4: Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
Étape 5: Fold in mix-ins.
Étape 6: Scoop large (¼ cup) dough balls onto baking sheet.
Étape 7: Chill dough balls 20 minutes for best thickness.
Étape 8: Bake 12–14 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly underdone.
Étape 9: Cool, then add buttercream or other desired toppings.
Étape 10: Slice and share!
Notes
Swap mix-ins and toppings for different weekly “menu” flavors.
Chill dough for thicker cookies.
