- 1 ½ – 2 Tablespoons uncooked cream of wheat cereal or mannaya krupa
To Serve:
- pat of butter
- pinch of salt
- sprinkling of sugar
Instructions
- Pour the milk and water into a saucepan. Add the uncooked cream of wheat (or mannaya krupa), stirring to combine.
- Set the pan over medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a boil, whisking often to prevent lumps from forming. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes, until the cereal thickens.
- Stir in the butter, then add salt and sugar to taste. Serve warm.
