Ingredients
1 (14 oz) package of cocktail smokies (little smokies)
1 lb bacon, cut into thirds
1/2 cup brown sugar (optional, for sweet & savory version)
Toothpicks (for securing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top (optional, but helps crisp the bacon).
Wrap each smoky in a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Arrange the bacon-wrapped smokies on the baking sheet.
If desired, sprinkle brown sugar over the top for a caramelized glaze.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and cooked through.
