Ingredients
1 large flour tortilla
2 eggs
2 strips bacon or 2oz sausage
1/2 cup hash browns
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
2 tbsp diced onion
1/4 cup black beans (optional)
1/4 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp salsa
1 tsp olive oil
Salt, pepper
Instructions
Étape 1: Cook bacon or sausage until crispy.
Étape 2: Sauté onions, peppers, and hash browns until golden.
Étape 3: Scramble eggs, season with salt and pepper.
Étape 4: Warm tortilla; layer eggs, hash browns, bacon, beans, cheese, avocado, salsa.
